I am running PPT slides from an external laptop using NDI. Although the slides are changing properly on my laptop, the NDI input into vMix sometimes does not update along with the slide change. I am using NDI Scan Converter on my laptop.

Make sure the frame rate in Scan Converter (through its right click menu) is set to match or is lower than frame rate set in vMix.
For example if vMix is 29.97p and Scan Converter is 59.94p then you may end up missing frames.
