Hello,


I have the latest vMix trial version installed on Windows 10. I am trying to set up a video call; I choose the option from "Add input", the pop up window appears but there is no password and no link; the fields where the password and link should be are empty. Do you know what might cause this?

I have vMix basic version installed on Windows 10. I am trying to set up a video call; I choose the option from "Add input", the pop up window appears but there is no password and no link; the fields where the password and link should be are empty. Do you know what might cause this or could it be that the basic version doesn't support the vmix call or there's something I'm not getting right?
