I know this is a newbie question, but we've tried everything we know (little, but learning). During our once a week church FB Live transmission our video freezes audio is fine. We right click and reset the video and it goes along for a bit then will freeze again. Very random. Sometimes right away and we start, sometimes late in the service multiple times. We are using a Huddlecam 10x USB 3.0 camera. New Acer Predator 300. We have an audio interface plugged in. Using an ethernet connection. Upload speeds seem to be very good. I know it is probably something simple and hope one of you experts will help us.

This is most likely an issue with the Huddle cam.
Could be that the USB power is not enough while the PC is under load. Check your advanced power settings and under USB, disable the power management setting.
And of course, check with another USB cable and uninstall/reinstall the camera drivers, but my bet is on USB power issues.
