I want buy Vmix but first i have a question. For job i must make a lot of remote video call, many of the with multiple guests. In a multiple video calls what i can do to send the guest audio to another guest? Is possibile to make sure that one guest van speak with other guests?

Right-clicking on the Call inputs lets you choose the Audio Source for each input. If you set this (for example) to Bus A for all Callers, you have to route all Call inputs to Bus A in the vMix Audio Mixer, so the Callers can hear each other. Furthermore, you have to route all other inputs you want the callers to hear also to Bus A.
