Hi,
please help.
I have a vMix and a Roland VR-5 mixer.
I connect the SONY HXR MC2500 camera to the Roland VR-5. Then I send the signal from the ROLAND VR-5 to vMix via graber VIDEO CAPTURE HDMI 4K USB.
vMix detects as USB 3.0 camera. Audio is output from ROLAND but there is no picture. Settings: The selected format is 1920x1080 60p MPGJ. Why is there no picture? Anyone have any ideas? Thank you.

It's very possible that the USB 3 capture device does not support MJPEG encoding. Try YUY2 or NV12 instead.

Roland VR-5 output for HDMI is 480/60p NTSC, 576/50p PAL. Try changing your Camera Input settings to 720x480.
