Live Stream freezes with delay over a minute - using Hopin for Virtual Event

Hi All,

We have Hopin our Virtual Event software which has the RTMP details and vMix trial Pro.

Issue:
Earlier this week, we tested and noticed that the Hopin Live Stream view was lag, it froze from time to time and the delay was over 40 seconds for viewers.

Actions taken:
1. Downgraded the output video setting from 1920p to 240p and still the Live stream on hopin is delayed by 40+ seconds.
2. Tested on Youtube Live 2 and Live Stream is still freezing

VMix feature we are using:
1. Prepared 15 video call link


Unit Specs:
Laptop
LAN
Upload speed: 11mbps
Download : 150mbps

GTX 1060
500 SSD
Win 10
1 TB HDD
i7

Note: We are purchasing a desktop unit aligned with the Ruby package.

Some are suggeting to use OBS and Streamyard but I won't give up on vMix.

Have you experienced any lags or 40plus secs. Delay on your live stream?

What is the minimum specs for Vmix Browser Video Call?

Can you share your settings?

I do not know the service. We use Teams Live Event and in the past Skype for Business broadcasting.
There is always a delay to max 60 sec for the conversion to different formats for clients to pickup.

Do not forget that the service need to convert your RTMP stream, to a different format that is supported by the browser/app.
