I unfortunately can't wait for stock of the 30x to arrive and as a result am looking to build another system now.
Can people advise when purchasing a CPU I should be looking to purchase a card with more VRAM or Cuda cores? - I'm considering either a 2070 super or 2080 - but wasn't sure if the additional cuda cores would offer any additional performance for the extra ££? Or is it all about VRAM?
I'm currently using a trial with an AMD 2700X CPU and it seems to be running OK - (my 1060 graphics card struggled!) but wondered what would be the benefits of moving away from the AMD chipsets / motherboards??
