I'm at a loss and first time a guest has run into this problem.

Guest is using the latest version of Chrome and wanting to use the HD60S+ with a Sony camera connected to it. The HD60S+ is working with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other applications.

Within Chrome, if we select the HD60S+ it worked one time, but after that it will just show their integrated laptop webcam. Tried rebooting and still it won't use the HD60S+. The one time it did work, he refreshed the browser just to see how that did, and then it lost the HD60S+.

I saw the vmixelgatoconfig.zip, but I don't know that that will help in this case as they aren't using the full vMix on their end. Just the browser part of vMix Call.

Thoughts?

Thanks: 4 times
I had a presenter from australia with the exact same issue. He was using camlink instead.

The fix was he used a firefox browser instead and also uninstalled snap cam (probably an application that clashes with google chrome when using camera)

I have done some research online - it mentions that this camlink does not work well with Google chrome browser and there is no fix to it

Have you tried the "beta.vmixcall"?

BAM! That did the trick. Nice that the beta has the configuration option. Where has that been??? Thanks for pointing that out.
