I have been live streaming high school sports for several years with a canon Vixia HF G30. I have not had any issues with them, but they are starting to show signs of wear and tear. I purchased a Panasonic HCWXF991 camera and upgrade VMix to the pro version. However, I cannot get the video to come through into vmix. I am learning as I go, so there is probably something I do not have configured correctly. If anyone could help, I would appreciate it!

As mtone mentioned, your Panasonic could be set on 4K. In the Menu go to Record Setup, then Record Format to see what it is set at.
Then in Menu, go to Setup (wrench). Check the HDMI Resolution. If it is on AUTO, change it to the actual resolution you have your camera set to (1080p, 4K, etc.)
Also, what capture device are you using?

After an eventful week of trying to get our stream working, I have discovered the following: The Panasonic 4K camera does not feed into vmix. However, my Canon 4k does feed in with the same connections and settings. I have done a little internet research and it may be that the Panasonic has some issues. So - we are going to use the Canon and use the Panasonic for small projects around school.
Thank you!
