Instant Replay export clips cutting short

Hi,
I've been testing out the Instant Replay today recording an NDI screen capture (the vMix Desktop Capture app running on a second device). Although playback and recording all seems to be working perfectly within vMix itself, when I exported clips they were being cut short. The first should have been a duration of 00:10:29.39 but the exported clip ended at 00:07:24.70 whilst the second clip should have been 00:06:15.56 but ended at 00:04:34.60.
Any thoughts as to why this might be the case? The underlying Instant Replay clips are all there and correct so it just seems to be an issue with the in/out points perhaps?

Looking at the underlying files it seems as though there was a break in the recording at the point the exported clip finishes and then it recommenced a second or two later but this additional section wasn't included in the exported clip.
I wonder if this is linked to the source being an NDI feed? I didn't notice any break in the signal during transmission.
