NDI dropped frames from 2nd PC

Hello
I have a 3 PC setup, one running vMix, the other two work as video players through NDI.
Everything seems to work smoothly when I have just one PC sending out multiple videos but when I add the 2nd PC sending to vMix I experience a massive drop in frames in all videos simultaneously within vMix. Like the network is not handling the 2nd PC signal. Switching between PC´s letting an other one run vMix and and the PC runnig vMix previosly work as a player did not do the trick, same problem there.
The router is top of the line and all the cables are brand new cat5e with a direct connection to the router. Network on all PC´s are set to private and have a gigabit capability.
Can it be that the graphics cards are not compatible?
I really need some help cause I have been stuck on this for weeks now. All pointers are appreciated thanks :)

1st (running vMix)
Intel i7-6700k 4.00GHz
32GB RAM
NVIDIA Gforce GXT 1050TI
2nd
Intel i7-4770 3.50GHz
32GB RAM
Nvidia Gforce GTX 680
3rd
Acer Aspire Nitro (laptop)
Intel i7 7700 3.80GHz
8GB RAM
Nvidia Geforce GXT 1050

What make/model of router? I suspect that first. All it takes is one network link struggling to show what you describe. I prefer a dedicated switch, separate from the router & Wi-Fi.

I suspected that the router I rented from the phone company was bad so I bought the Netgear Nighthawk AX4. But the same problem was there with the new one. https://www.bestbuy.com/...i-6-router-black/6332189 There must be a bottleneck in the NDI feed into vMix cause the more source video I put in the more frames drop in all the videos simultaneously

ive not used NDI so far so i cant speak with direct experience but some things come to mind..
how many videos are you trying to send and what resolution ? the info ive seen suggest you will only get 2 or 3 videos at 4k running on a 1Gbps connection anything above would cause bottlenecks.. Are all the Ethernet ports on all the computers running at 1Gbps also ? if one machine has a slower port that may cause bottlenecks across everything ?

I only play videos in 1080 HD 25psk and so far no more than 3-4 video feeds at a time so the gigabit network should be able to handle that quite easily.
All PC´S are on a 1 gigabit Ethernet and all extra antivirus programs have been uninstalled.
Can it be that one PC can interfere with all the video feeds on the Network?

Use iperf3 to measure real bandwidth between all your devices. You might also have bad cables or NIC drivers wrongly set or needing updates Iperf3 : https://iperf.fr/
