Hi,

To provide 4 SDI inputs and 1 SDI output would require at least 1x DeckLink Quad and an additional DeckLink card for the fifth output.
The Intensity Shuttle does not have an SDI output unless you have a HDMI to SDI adapter, but other than that you should be fine.
