How can i add external camera to vmixcall
I have mac book pro, black magic mini recorder and canon eos 7D.
Canon camera and Black magics mini recorder are working on skype at zoom. But on vmixcall it is not. I tried it on beta.vmixcall.com unfortunately
I made camera arrangements on Chrome but just facetime camera..

You need a UVC (Universal Video Class) compliant device for browsers to read. They don't require drivers, and your computer sees it as a generic webcam. I haven't used this one, but have heard good things especially for the price. https://www.amazon.com/D...oadcasting/dp/B089Y6H5KSOthers I have used quite a bit, but a quite a bit more expensive. Magewell USB Capture HDMI Gen 2 El Gato Cam Link 4K El Gato Game Capture HD60 S+ (only Game Capture model that is UVC) Highly recommend using beta.vmixcall.com if using on a Mac. The regular vmixcall.com seems to have more issues with some devices, randomly, and reverts to the Facetime camera no matter what you have set.

Hi DaveT, are you aware of any devices that can call vmixcall without a computer. Ie HDMI In, convert to webrtc or simply simulate a browser within the adapter.

There is no appliance to my knowledge specifically designed "just" for vmixcall. If it comes to size you can use stick based computers. Maybe something like this https://www.amazon.de/L%...vtargid=pla-755659137054Zotak has other options available. But given your cam and capture device you might want to be able to exchange a much better image quality than a webRTC connection would allow. SRT is the key here. There is software available that turns your capture card into a NDI stream available on local network or could transmit video over WAN using SRT. It's currently windows based but they are working on a mac version as well. Take a look at medialooks.com

You might look into devices such as the Blackmagic Web Presenter or AJA U-TAP HDMI or SDI. These devices accept SDI and/OR HDMI inputs and connect to a PC via USB. To the computer the device appears a webcam. This can then be selected in the browser as the webcam to use.
