how to update data source via tablet ?

would anyone have a suggestion on a simple way of updating data sources for vMix via tablet ?
Ideally id like to create a custom layout screen for ipad that looked like a web form.. add 3 or 4 input fields and a submit button, the user taps an input field, types the data, hits submit and that updates and saves the file on PC ready for vMix to refresh.. id be happy for the PC file to be excel and updating single cells, or any file format that works... the main thing is to be able to create the tablet interface myself with only limited input fields and give them custom labels... i want it to look basic and be really simple for whoever is using the tablet..
i dont want it to use web access or cloud service etc.. just a data file on local PC with the tablet updating the file over the local network..
appreciate any suggestions..

Assuming the tablet is on the same network , just let i send a httprequest strait to the title

Or you create a "next" data entry shortcut and use it via the webcontroller

So this is going from update basically directly to a title , now to a file(excel,text,CSV,xml, google sheets ) which could then be used as a data source and advance like Mavik suggested or being it a long way round if one can send it directly need to prioritize your preferences ,a plan .

??? my preference was always to directly update a file on the PC from tablet app and then use the file as the data source.. if i can update the title directly through a webform or through the title editor that is cool and covers what i fundamentally need but if there is a way to update an excel file directly then it would be even better because i could add other calculations and queries in the spreadsheet for extra functionality later on..
