I can't get videos or inputs to play at 60 or 59.94fps. First noticed the issue just after updating to 23.0.0.60.

I've tried reinstalling, rebooting windows, changing the output framerate to 29.97 and then to 59.94 again, nothing seems to work.

I noticed that too yesterday with inputs, I had to monkey around with a Decimator.
