Hello, I'm not sure what function in Vmix I have to go to, but can someone please help me. When I am streaming via Camlink, the display information on my camcorder is streamed with the video. I have recorded via the Vmix and it still shows up, however when I record to the SD card inside the camcorder, it does not record with it. For this reason I think this is a Vmix option. Please help. Thank you very much!

Also, I am unable to update the software. Picture included.

The display items are controlled on your camera. Read the camera manual to find out how to turn them off. The update issue seems to be affecting a nimber of users. If you need to update, download the install file from the vMix website and run a full install.

Thank so much. It appears that whenever the camera is set to the AUTO the display settings cannot be turned off. Thank you so the reply!

Right, the display settings cannot be turned off when the camera is set to AUTO.
This only works with the Canon in the setting M (manueller Modus) or Cinema.
