Hi all,

Having an issue with VT audio over SDI at the moment, where the audio will become very "choppy", this can happen as a VT is played or part way through. Stopping and re-starting the External Outputs seems to solve it at the time, but is far from ideal to kill the main PGM out mid-show even for a couple of seconds.

Firstly, here's a link to an excerpt from yesterday, recorded externally.

The setup is as follows;

ProductionPC:-
Ryzen 3700X
16Gb RAM
6Gb 1660ti
Media coming from internal 2nd SSD
Blackmagic Decklink Duo 2 (one set of inputs paired for key/fill)
Windows 10 - 1909
vMix Pro 23.0.0.59 x64

External 1 - Key/Fill Output
External 2 - Output

Audio Output Master - Blackmagic Device

At the time of the above clip, the VT file is in a List, it's h.264/MP4 approx 25Mbps
Render times were 0-3ms, GPU Mem 47%, both CPU usage below 10%

Any ideas appreciated.

Many thanks

Matt

Do you also have Master configured as Audio Channel for you External Output? Try setting Audio Output Master to Enabled, or a different device.
