Greetings to all!

We are doing to do a live stream with translation.
  • 1 final stream with Engline
1 final stream with original language

The presenters / panelists are connecting in via vMix call. My solution is to use 2 PCs.

I have tried importing Presets from 1 PC to another, and I can see the same vMix calls on both PCs running vMix in parallel.

May I know if this is a feature that is officially supported?
I don't want to have to fail halfway during a live stream.

Thank you!

No. This is not possible. Also please remember that you can only have one licence of vMix operating at the same time.

We'd also love this feature... we currently run vMix on two remote machines - one as backup - and this way we are protected against machine headaches or internet failures. The backup operator acts as producer, but can take over if things fail.

When using vMix we'd like to be able to put the calls into both machines (as we can if we ndi out of a skype call, for instance).

If anyone else has achieved this, we'd love to know.

Yes... we use two machines with two different licences.
