I'm using a Lenovo L440 i5-4330M CPU @ 2.89GHz, 8gB ram. When I run scan converter it will show up in vMix as an NDI input for about 3 seconds and then crashes. I've made sure that NDI scan converter is checked under Windows Firewall. I've checked the Intel HD graphics control panel to see if there is any settings that need to be enabled or changed to allow scan converter.

Any thoughts?

Does Scan Converter and vMix run on the same laptop? That would probably be a bit too much for the little machine.

my lenovo L440 doesn't have nVidia as the graphics display it's using intel HD Graphics 4600. I've installed scan converter on my mac and I can get that to work.
vMix is running another machine

First, your post has nothing to do in the Feature Request section !!!

Second, vMix is not in charge of supporting NDI Scan Converter as it's a product from Newtek

Use vMix Desktop Capture which is the official app recommended by vMix for screen capture. There is a free Mac version for download on the vMix website.

Hi DWAM, sorry for posting the question in the feature request section. I'm new to vMix.
I downloaded and installed the vMix Desktop capture and that solved the problem.

Thanks for the help!
