Hi Martin,
I hope all is going well. I am still enjoying vMix!!
We just used your software for big screen playback at the largest event we do all year.
A good while back I had asked you for the Fade To Black feature just for this event, it is used as a douser for the projector while the screen flies in and out.
This year we needed to keep the video clip playing WITH AUDIO while the FTB was active, however the audio faded out with the video.
Is there a way to do this?
If not, I would like to request the ability to choose whether audio follows video on the FTB function.
Thanks, Tony

Couldn't you just make a black solid color input and fade to that and just keep the audio up on the other source?

Hi,
That is not a good solution as the operator needs to see the Program Monitor for confidence while the projector is blacked out.
Also, In my experience with switchers, I have never encountered a Fade To Black that faded audio also. Maybe in a router, but not in a production switcher.
I'm just asking for a simple choice in setup as to whether audio follows video or not when using FTB.

A checkbox will be added to Settings in vMix 12 that disables fading audio with FTB.
