Hi,

I've search in the forum for a solution to this error, but I didn't find any.
I have all my drivers up to date, and I know my laptop is old.

4,0 GB RAM
Windows 7 x86
NVIDIA GeForce 8200M G

And when i try to Input a Video the error is this:

Error

I don't think such an old PC with an Athlon CPU meets the requirements for vMix

vMix needs Intel CPU (or newer AMD processors) and an nVidia graphics card (GPU) as clearly indicated on vMix website : https://www.vmix.com/sof.../supported-hardware.aspx

You're welcome

There is also a problem with the 32 bits OS. I'm not sure whether vMix still supports 32 bits... Btw I guess your machine is not able to run vMix which requires a powerful and up-to-date system. Live production video is demanding on the sytem.

Good luck !
