I'm having issues sending a signal to the mini monitor through SDI.
No matter what setting I choose, I get the same error message: unsupported video format.

Any ideas?

Have you checked the output settings in the Blackmagic Desktop Video app? This setting and the setting of the external output in vMix should be the same.
