Does BMD UltraStudio Monitor 3G will be able to output different resolutions from vMix 'cos it's TB?

BMD Just announced the UltraStudio Monitor 3G that will have TB3 connection and will replace the old TB2 model. Currently, when using vMix, if I'm outputting Fullscreen either through the HDMI port or via a USB-C to HDMI adapter, i get the default 60p that the GPU is outputting, no matter what setting i have dialed in vMix (25p,50i, etc.) I'm wondering whether this new model will actually be treated as an External Output (much like a Decklink card in an enclosure connected via TB3) rather than a Fullscreen Output since it uses TB3 instead of USB, and by so, will be able to output whatever the project setting in vMix is set to?
Any info on this?
Thanks,
Eli

Just to update that Martin from vMix confirms it will be an external output indeed.

Is it dependent on the PC's graphics card? My card is a GTX 1660 Ti Super and I have exhausted all outputs on the card. I really need to be able to run an additional output on my Multview.
