This was resolved by uninstalling everything dell related and other unnecessary programs from the new pc.
I am new to Vmix. I have used it for two months. Just purchased the HD version. I have one camera input to the capture card via sdi and 1 external output via sdi from the same card (Decklink Duo 2). After about 20 to 30 minutes of external output and recording MP4(baseline) to the hard drive the final recording has a strange glitch. The audio and video go out of sync and then the audio is fast and then everything goes back to normal. This has happened to several recordings around the same time. I found the recording log and I am trying to figure out what causes this? Can someone please help me troubleshoot this problem?
