Is there a way to point a second instance of vMix to the primary machine, so as to mirror the setup of the primary on the replica machine for backup?

This is specifically for a cloud build/install. If i have my primary machine in zone1, then build my backup in another zone3, but within the same project, does the software allow to me to set a primary/replica, so that if the primary fails, i can log into the replica quickly which is feeding the backup encoder for YouTube??

Secondly, for the Premier League, the OB unit would have the primary in 4K, then the replica running in HD when they do this on a weekly basis with hardware based switchers. That's the other option i'm looking to account for.
