The FTB button doesn't have an option for controlling the speed, and feels fast in my use-cases for it. Would be nice to have a setting to slow it down or set the transition time for it.

Perhaps, if it's too complex to make the fade time user definable, since there's more under the hood than a standard fade, there could be pre-defined presets, such as "Fast", "Medium", and "Slow".

That way, it wouldn't need to be programmed to adapt to a million different possible timings, but, rather, just a select few.
