I am running vmix on boot camp. Video from calls and video mpg4 files display black on source, preview and line monitors. I have tried reinstalling vmix, reinstalling driver for radeon graphics card (but received error message that the driver file was invalid). Also, made sure the direct3d file was installed in windows. I am out of ideas. Still png's and animated lower third video play fine. Any ideas?

The system has an issue with te GPU. What you discribe happens when you use a system without GPU. vMix needs a proper GPU to work with to get best results.

It really depends on the Mac. We use a couple of 8 Core i9 and AMD Radeon Pro Vega 16, and the system runs flawlessly with 60+ inputs, Chroma Key, live backgrounds, 4 Camera, etc.

If would be nice if we could see specs.

If it's just an Intel card, then yes, I'd say forget it.
