Can someone give me specifics on how one would create animated title graphics in premier pro and utilize them in vMix? We don't need to constantly change them, and a staff member already has premiere pro. I just need to let him know the specs I need.

Use "animation alpha" for your search... Btw GT is the perfect tool for animated titles in vMix without overloading your CPU or GPU. Go and check vMix YT channel to learn more about it
