Was streaming today for the Church and at times, the video was stop and I would get a "Lost Connection" error. It would be that way for around 5-10 seconds and then it would come back. Does this sound like a FB or Internet service provider issue or are there a setting in vMix I need to adjust?

In case it makes a difference,I'm using an......
Acer Aspire 5 Slim Laptop
AMD Ryzen 3 3200U, Vega 3 Graphics
8GB Ram

During the Stream,CPU is around 10-15% and total is anywhere form 55-75%.
