Headphone (Solo) greyed out on Mixer Master Output - Is there a reason I can't monitor the Master Output though Headphones?

I have vMix set up with the master out going to the Windows Default (which is an HDMI out on the GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1050 Ti OC Low Pro graphics card) and my headphones out going to my 'realtek speakers'.
I can invoke the headphone icon on all the inputs with audio and hear (solo) the audio to my headphones no problem.
I would like the option of hearing my main output in the headphones but the headphone icon is greyed out and not available to invoke on the main out. I'm guessing that it would not be possible or is there another setting that would allow me to send the main output to the HDMI out and invoke the headphone solo/monitoring at the same time.

if you press one of the yellow marked "S" then this input goes to SOLO (Headphone)
if not "S" is pressed, the Master goes to the Headphone,
you can adjust the level of the Headphone with the red marked leveler
