                Asegúrese de que su enrutador / firewall no bloquee estos puertos.
  TURN / STUN: Port 10349 UDP Video / Audio Streams: Dynamic Port Allocation UDP - 49152-65535
 
  COMO LO CONFIGURO PARA QUE LAS LLAMADAS CO SE CAIGAN

   El problema quizas es en tu firewall de Windows.  Es facil a probarlo, simplamente apagar el firewell.  Si esta no arregla el problema, necesitas abrir las puertos en tu router o cable modem.  Buscar en Google "open ports ______ router" y llenas el espacio con el model de tu router o cable modem.
