I am seeing this error message earlier and earlier. It's 9pm here on the east coast in the Washington, DC area and I am already getting it. The original service note, referenced below, posted about it on 4/27 indicated it was primarily an issue between 10pm and 1AM Pacific time...well 9pm east coast time is 6pm on the Pacific time, so that's really early to be having this issue.

I don't know what can be done about it but it's becoming problematic.

Yes, demand for streaming and therefore YouTube Quotas keeps on increasing at a rapid pace.
We have already applied for an increase in quota, so all we can do now is wait!

This API error thing seems quite random as well. Just now, at 11:28PM it let me login and vMix Social worked fine. Just after I killed that stream I got the error again.5 minutes later it's working again...very random.

Hello, I'm Fabio starting with vmix a little while ago.
I had a problem with social vmix with the question of access limit, but it happened around 6:00 pm in Brasilia, I continued with the live without the social vmix, where I generate some against time, does this really connect with the YouTube protocols?
