Hi all,
I need to have your opinions about how i should accept an interpreter's sound to Vmix?
I have tried Vmix Call but it was not successful. When the translator starts to speak, we receieve the translated voice corrupted. The same situation at Zoom too. I guess this is because both this programs are video conference based. So the system corrupts the sound when it receieved audio from both channels.
May i ask do you know any other options? I need to use Vmix so need to adapt an additional software into Vmix.
Thanks

I am also trying to incorporate incoming interpreter voices. For me, having them come in on Skype and creating NDI inputs seems to work well. But, having said that, I'm still struggling to completely understand how all the inputs & outputs of audio work together... at least the incoming Skype works well as a source. Hope you can share your future successes.

First use vMix Call only for this Purpose (alternate way is zoom with two clients attached)
One Call is your speaker (ma be a captured confernece)
Second Call is your interpreter.
build a AudioBus with every input your interpreter needs to translate. Send this bus as source to your interpreter. your are mostly done.
Duplicate the Caller input by using an Immage or Color Input. Stack Caller on top per MV in FUllscreen.
Now create an input with an image. use input mv to stack the interpreter in fullscreen on top of the image and the caller (MV duplicate) to be translated on top the interpreter in fullscreen, (interpreter for audio follows video)
Adjuste teh caller duplicate to maybe -20db and that he is ore in background.
Only send the orroginal caller to interpreter, use the mv duplicate to audiolevel adjust in ON only.
Greetings

Thanks, Paul! That is some deep thinking. I'll try applying it with some adaptations for our specifics.
