Hello All,

New to exploring VMix but learning a lot from different resources and helpful tutorials.

I wanted to see if there is a solution for a situation as below :

We are using the GT Super Mega News Ticker as an Input.

While the Ticker content shows fine in the Input Screen but when it is LIVE, there is a shadow appearing.

Have tried to reduce the font etc, but still it remains.

Any suggestions please !

I do not see what shadow you are talking about !

Thanks and here is the shadow effect being referred to.

Please have a look at the bottom red strip.

Can not replicate

what font is it set too and size ?
is this an original or modified ticker ?
What license and version ?
..anything else ?

This is an original ticker.

Font size is 36 and Speed is 5.

vMix Version is 23.0.0.54

No changes were made to the ticker through GT Title Designer.

Just used the default template option of Super Mega News.

Didn't do anything in the GT Title Designer.

Just used the available template options.
