Is there a simple command that can restarts all my plays before the start of the show?

I Know I can make a shortcut to do that, but maybe there is already a nice little trick to do that!

if you already know that one can have multiple actions under one shortcut key and that is not what you are asking for or restart on transition is not it either then i would go for a script that would say scan all the inputs for those that are video and restart each one of them.
