With a video call with vMix between iPhone 6 and a desktop PC I get framerates up to 60 fps. But these frame rates are not constant. The framerate depends on the movements in the picture and on the brightness. Mostly the value varies between 0-20 fps.
I have to transfer a video stream from my smartphone to a server or PC so that I can evaluate this video stream in real time with a video editing software. The higher the frame rate the better the video analysis. For this I need a constant frame rate of 30, 40 or up to 60 fps independent of brightness or other parameters.
