Can someone please tell me why on earth it takes so bloody long for the comments to come through from Facebook. I've mentioned this so many times and it's been ignored.

It's taking up to 20 seconds and my guests and viewers are getting fed up with the delays, is it vMix or is it Facebook, I just want to understand why it's so slow.

Are you accounting for the lag time from what is LIVE to you and what your viewers are seeing Live?
It is not uncommon for Facebook playback to be 30 seconds behind.

I use vmix with restream, the comments pop up much faster in restream. Then I have to wait a while before they pop up on vmix social so yes I think this is a vmix issue
