Hi Guys,

I am noticing that the Statistics window is freezing and not updating until you reset it then it updates the time and resets the BW/Packet loss etc... Then it works for a bit and freezes again. It also seems to close when a stream disconnects.

I am using 23.0.0.54.

Another improvement would be to show the remote endpoint IP Address to improve debugging.

Can the VMIX team look into this? I can provide more info if required.

Hi Andrew,

For performance reasons the statistics window must be the active window for it to update.
If you work in another window, it will not update.

Also if changing sources etc in vMix you will need to close the statistics window and open it again
to update.

This is by design as the statistics window is intended to be used as a brief check only, not a constantly open window.
