1 Hour before starting our Church Recording, I get an error message "You have reached the max amount of inputs". I deleted some old ones and was blocked from imnporting new ones. I had to quickly upgrade to HD $350 level to fix it.
I have no idea what they were talking about. I had 1 camers, 8 lower thirds, about 20 full screen images and a closing MP4 video.
Can someone explain what i was doing wrong? Instead of closing a use input, how to delete the old full screen images.Thanks

From the VMix purchase page:
"Total Inputs refers to the maximum number of inputs that you can load into vMix. This includes anything you can add under the "Add Input" menu in vMix. Such as Videos, Images, Titles, Virtual Sets, Cameras etc. Total Inputs includes Capture Inputs."
Basic and Basic HD include a total of 4 inputs. Anything over that includes 1000 inputs.
If you were on the free trial and it ended, then it reverts to a maximum of 4 inputs.

I paid to be on the basic HD service. I had a camera, images, 2 videos, audio (if you don't count all the sepatare full screen pages).
It has worked fine like this for the past month

Basic HD is 4 inputs in total. Anytime you click add, that's one input. 1 camera, 2 videos, the audio input would be 4 inputs.
Are you sure you weren't still running the free trial prior? Or maybe you built the project while in the free trial?
