We have a license for Vmix HD that we were using on Windows 8 where we were having stability issues with Windows.

I want Vmix 4k because of its PTZ controls and installed Vmix trial around early February to use PTZ and eventually upgrade to 4K license.

So I installed Vmix trial on new Windows 10 install.


Then coronavirus Covid 19 happened & operating money is almost non-existent in the United States.

I read that you are extending trial time to 90 days.

Two questions:

1) Does that mean I would redownload the Vmix trial and get a new 90 days or that my install will be finished if I try to use it in a week or two (May 6th, 2020)?
2) If trial is expiring now can I transfer my previous Vmix HD serial to my new Windows 10 install?
