Audio file doesn't work in a List

I love Lists and use them all the time, but now I have one mp3 file that won't work inside a List. I can add it, and in the List window it displays the file name and duration, but when I select it, there are no timecodes under the preview window, the scrub bar is blank, and it does not play. I can import the same file directly as its own input and it works perfectly. This is what the scrub bar looks like when I select this file  Capture.JPG (11kb) downloaded 3 time(s).What could cause this? Thanks!
