I'm setting up a Behringer X Touch compact and its coming along nicely.
One of my plans for setup/ mapping is not working though... I want to use the rotator knobs for selecting title presets.
I click on the knob and it puts the title in preview, I rotate to choose, and have overlay buttons to send it to output.
The problem is that the shortcuts for chaning title presets is next AND previews. I would want to have a cycle, and then use a CC midi to go trough them. Or map a cc controll as left<->right (next<->previews)
I have found a workaround by mapping each value of the CC to the index by using Selectpreset. But this will fill my shortcut list...
Anyone have a good idea how to solve this?

Hi froylandorstad,

Basing this off of my Behringer Xtouch extender, so may be slightly different for you.
Depending on the control setup of the unit the knobs act differently, on my unit when set to CTRL REL mode they have a velocity for left and right turn for incremental progression. So use that setting and then set the function when turning to left to go previous title preset and on the right for next title preset.

You are correct that the X touch compact is a little different, but you made me look in the right place and found the setting your refering to, only with diffent naming in ht X Touch Editor. Setting the min value on the cc controll to relative gave the wanted result.
