It just came to my attention that if a person calls into an existing link, it kicks out the current caller.
This has been problematic with shows where we rotate callers throughout the day. Someone will call in to test or too early and the guest is kicked off and replaced.
Is there any way to prevent this?

Don't give everyone the same vMix Call info. May require a more capable vMix license to support several, separate vMix Calls.

We're on Pro Licenses. The sessions are between 5 and 8 people and have a break of 5 minutes in between. We have to give that info to everyone on a Google Sheet ahead of time with call time for each session, but we'already had people call in at the wrong time and override current presenters.

What is happening during the breaks? As you are talking about licenses (plural) you could have a second machine do the streaming. While you're opening another preset on the first machine with the call passwords for the next session, you can output a video or image on the second machine. If you have a second machine capable of doing the streaming but no licence, even Basic HD should do it.
