Currently the Vcall window is showing the same display as what goes out the stream.
I'm wondering if it is possible to set up video outputs to show some overlays in the V-call preview that does not go out to the stream. So if I want to overlay say text to be read outloud like a teleprompter that all the guests in the Vcall can see that but the Stream can not?

Yes, define the overlays per output in the settings (https://www.vmix.com/help23/SettingsOutputs.html), and assign the right output as video source to the guests by right-clicking on the Call inputs.
