Seems like a bit of a trivial request, and probably a grey area. Many of the people in this forum such as myself rely on advertising for income and probably have mixed feelings about the idea of blocking them.
However, in today's climate, ads are becoming more aggressive, more prevalent, and more inappropriate. The ad networks are being abused and there's an undeniable inherent risk in letting that kind of content into your broadcast. It's getting to where it's hard to pull up a news article without being bombarded, but the real problem is, sometimes the ads are borderline inappropriate. Ads may come up that your viewers may not appreciate, and there's the very real possibility of ads with copyrighted music catching you by surprise.
Of course with vMix it's possible to preview the browser input before sending it live, but that doesn't help with dynamic ads or mid-roll ads in videos, those can still catch you off guard.
I propose that, it may be worth considering, adding a lightweight Ad-Blocking solution to the vMix browser that's turned OFF by default.

Maybe a browser setting for installing Chromium extensions.
