Extremely new to this so my knowledge is very little. Can anyone tell me what may be causing this audio issue. The audio is clean coming out of the Behringer box with headphones.

Here is the equipment that we are using. Using a LAN cable to stream (not wifi)

Laptop - Dell Inspiron 3580 (8th Generation Intel(R) Core(T M) i5-8265U Processor (6MB Cac he, up to 3.9 GHz), 1x8GB, DDR4, 2666MHz, Windows 10 Home (64bit))
Elgato Game Capture HD - not the S version
Camera - Sony HDR-CX405B
Behringer UM2 USB Audio Interface




I'm not sure what information you may need so please ask.
