Hi all.
I would love some advice on getting clearer still images out of vmix.
I use a still photo as an intro shot to our church live stream but no matter how I resize the image any straight lines come out jagged and not smooth.
It is driving me spare as I'm new to the live streaming thing but have been lumped with it due to it normally being my job to do the audio in the church.
Any assistance would be great

Fritz.

Make sure the image is of the same resolution as your outoput. so if its 720 or 1080 then create a image at 1080 in your editor and if it looks good there you should be good to go. also it might look bad in the program view becuase its being resized but the output will be clean. Post the picture in question as well so we can see

That was what I thought so I resized the image to my stream output but no better.
I'll try post photos when I'm home again.

Also on the bottom left in the status bar it has in green 480p 29.97, but my stream is output at 720? What settings does the 480 refer too?

@ Albanyfrc

The green numbers in the lower vMix UI are your project settings.
Settings ===> Display ===> Output Size & Master Frame Rate respectfully
You are likely getting jagged edges because your project settings are at SD or near SD (likely one of the following 640x480 / 720x480 / 854x480)
Bumping that up to a full HD stream at 1920x1080 is not going to look very good.
You are best to adjust your project settings to full HD 1920x1080.
