Hi, I seem to have problems with adding the 5th guest to vmix call. Although their mic is active (vmix also says their mic is on) I can't hear them.
It's not consistently mute I might hear them at the beginning of a session then after a few minutes when I go back to them it's mute.
Has anyone got ANY ideas what's going on? All I know it's always the last person to log on.

What version of vMix are you using?
vMix 4K allows up to 4 callers.
vMix Pro allows up to 8
