Can't Register for Free Basic Edition

I have two licenses, one paid and one free. I haven't used the free one in a while. When I started it, I did the recommended updates. Now when I start it, I get a nag screen that I have to log in with my registration key. This one begins with BASIC-. vMix will not accept the key. Do they not still offer a free version? What steps should I take to register it?

"Cannot login with free Registration Keys such as Basic and Trial"

Am I trying to use the wrong version?

The Basic keys are tied to a single machine only.
If you are unable to register for a second one online, drop us an email.

The free version was installed on this machine. It was used to send video to Facebook that was recorded on a paid version. When I started the free version again a few days ago, I got this problem. The free version machine was upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10, and the hard drive was replaced. Is that the problem?
