Hi everyone,

I'm currently running vMix 23.0.0.46 and have Windows 10. I'm using an Avermedia Capture Card 302A Live Gamer Extreme.

We moved the vMix computer from one location to another and are starting to have some strange issues that weren't happening before. Currently, we have an HDMI cable going into the computer to the capture card, and another HDMI cable going from the capture card to the camera.

On the Avermedia application, we are able to see the camera, record from it and see thumbnails.

However, in vMix, the camera is not being recognized, nor is it giving an error that it isn't disconnected. Also, when we add a video input (.mp4 file), the video doesn't play, but the audio plays AND there are no thumbnails showing for the video. That same video is able to play - with both sound and audio - outside of VMix.

What could be the problem please?

Any help and direction would be great.
